Complimentary Night Stays

• Each member receives one complimentary night per year.

• The complimentary night must be used the night before a minimum three-night paid stay and is subject to availability.

• Members may redeem this benefit up to two times per year, provided each redemption is linked to a qualifying three-night stay.

• Complimentary nights are subject to blackout dates, seasonal restrictions, and property availability.

• All reservations and redemptions must be booked directly through our official website: The Calixtes Retreat.

Exclusive Access to Event Amenities

• Members may request the use of decorative service items (such as chafers, serving trays, and select décor pieces) to host small gatherings of up to 12 daytime guests.

• Requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

• Gatherings must comply with all property rules, occupancy limits, and local ordinances.

• An additional cleaning fee applies for gatherings of 8 or more guests.

Room Capacity Policy

• Daytime gatherings may include up to 12 guests, but the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the property’s posted maximum occupancy.

  • Example: If the overnight limit is 10, only 10 guests may stay overnight.

Damage Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damages to decorative or event service items.

• Damaged items must be replaced or paid for within seven (7) days of receiving written notification from The Calixtes Retreat.
