Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Guest Capacity
- Each property has a maximum overnight guest capacity as posted in the listing.
- Daytime gatherings may allow up to 12 visitors with prior approval.
- Exceeding capacity without approval may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay.
Noise & Respect for Neighbors
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Please keep music and voices at a respectful level, especially outdoors.
- Large parties, unauthorized events, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Events & Gatherings
- Small gatherings (up to 12 guests) are allowed with prior request and approval.
- Special event amenities (decor, trays, service items) may be requested in advance, subject to availability.
- Additional cleaning fees apply for gatherings of 8 or more guests.
- Guests are responsible for following all local ordinances and property rules.
Property Care
- Please treat the home and all amenities with care.
- Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Furniture and décor should not be moved without prior approval.
Smoking, Pets & Safety
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated outdoor areas may be available.
- Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to booking.
- Fire safety: Open flames (candles, fire pits, grills) are only allowed in designated areas.
Parking & Access
- Guests may use only the designated parking areas provided.
- Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or restricted areas.
Booking & Payments
- All stays and special requests must be booked directly through the official Calixtes Retreat website.
- Complimentary nights and membership benefits are subject to availability and blackout dates.
